The advice in that\nblog was centered around gathering evidence that displayed that the other\ndriver involved was the one at fault. However, the scope of personal injury\ncases extends well beyond car accidents. As such, we\u2019re circling back and\noffering a few tips for gathering evidence to support your slip and fall\ncase.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Documenting the Scene of the Accident<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As is the case with any type of accident involving injury,\nthe number one priority is confirming the health and well-being of the victim.\nAt this time, emergency services should be contacted if the victim has\nsustained serious injuries. Once their safety has been confirmed and emergency\nservices have been notified if applicable, it\u2019s time to document the scene of\nthe accident. Doing so in the immediate aftermath of the incident is highly\nadvisable, as quick repairs may otherwise be made in as little as one day. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
