(5,000 people may be unskilled\nlaborers seeking permanent positions)<\/li><li>\u201cSpecial Immigrants\u201d appointed by US government,\nor religious workers (9,940)<\/li><li>Individuals who plan to invest $500,000 &#8211; $1\nmillion in a business which will create jobs and employ at least 10 full time\nemployees.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Even if you do meet the criteria for one of these points,\nthere are only so many spots that can physically be filled.
